3D Ultrasound and "Live 3D Ultrasound" is an advanced imaging technology that allows you and your doctor to visually monitor the progress of your unborn baby, with amazing color and clarity. This technology can also be used as a non-invasive alternative to diagnose gynecologic problems, such as uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, and cancers.
The Advanced Women's Health Center is proud to announce that we now offer these services, using one of the finest 3D Ultrasound machines available (The 8000 Live Sonoace by Medison). The best time to get beautiful pictures of your baby during pregnancy is between 25 and 33 weeks (or 6 ½ months to 8 months). Call today to make an appointment for your "3D Ultrasound Baby Picture Package", which includes color photos, a CD-Rom of still and live 3D photos of your baby, and a DVD of the entire session. We can also check your baby's sex, starting at 16 weeks of pregnancy (or 4 months).
Ask Dr. Helliwell if you should have diagnostic ultrasounds before, during, or after your pregnancy. He will also be able to tell you if you need a gynecologic ultrasound for any potential medical problems.
